recently borrowed some books to read..
haven read for a long time.. think the last book i read was some war fiction last year
ok.. juz finished reading a damn book titled 'the impossible bird'
really damn bird..
this story is really out of the world..
the whole damn mystery is only revealed after u read two third of the book..
when i was reading, my mind keeps spinning and saying 'wad the fuck?'
haha.. damn cock man..
ok.. this story is abt..
2 brothers - mike and daniel
the start was tt they were lying in a wheatfield
having some tok cocking session
then arguing abt their beliefs abt life
then they saw something in the sky
was a mysterious round object- sure is something alien man
then they were frozen
the story went on a fast forward to tok abt their lives as adults..
this daniel is the obedient type - he's a literature professor, but with a poor memory
the mike is the wild and open type - he's a movie director, with a photographic memory
so wad happens is tt dan's wife was dead
dan's devastated
he had a son, sean
mike was at the amazon filming
then he was in a chopper going back home
suddenly dunno wad happen, he's in a plane
he reached LA and back to his hotel
he can't remember a single shit
and tt's weird cuz he never forget things
2 men in suits knocked on his door
and asked some weird qns abt codes and humming birds
they mistook mike as daniel
mike was shooting his vulgar mouth and was knocked out by the guys
when he woke, he's in a car
then sudddenly another car was chasing them
gunfight
everybody's dead except mike and a lady enemy
mike shot her head
he went to a place as told by one of the men in black
another man in black, kyo, approached him there
asked him to find his bro, daniel
on the other side, kyo went to dan's house and ask him to find his bro, mike
so they are finding each other
sort of being tricked and played
then blablablabla
they found out that they are actually hypnotised.. everybody in this world
the aliens took away death in the earth..
ppl wun die.. the world is living with the dead
means ppl who've died came back and lived as be4 - immortality
and tt's total fuck
mike was with a group of ppl who wanna leave this virtual world
the way to leave or to be erased is to kill 3 ppl
the last person to be killed will be the one u love
they ask him to kill dan's son, sean, as he can communicate with hummingbirds and the aliens
dunno wtf also..
ya he did it in front of dan
then in a flash, dunno wad happen...
mike and dan was at dunno where
they're still in the world
dan's at home, mike's at the hotel
back to where they were
then blablablabla...
mike was roaming ard, blablabla
searching for answers
he met the keeper
communicate with the aliens
the hummingbirds are actually memories of how ppl die
everybody has it except for him and daniel
then the aliens and him seem to understand each other
another 'dunno wad happen' occurs
dan and mike was back at the wheatfield lying on their backs
their fists have a hummingbird each, with their pasts inside
dan scolded mike 'fuck u!'
cuz he noes abt wad mike did
mike fell in love with his wife last time and sean is actually mike's son
they exchanged their hummingbirds and knew each other's past
think they felt happy but at the same time sad?
think they are enlightened ppl
they spoke the magic words, and they died
the last words of the story are 'dead dead'
yeah... so wad the fuck man??????????
