wah seh.. started my competition training for my juniors today man.. shall say that i haven lost my training skills man.. haha.. the aura is still there.. wahahaha..
hmm.. this new batch of members i am training is abit strange.. cuz there is a very serious height problem.. short one too short, big one too big.. haha.. yup as usual, i am still specialising in footdrill training.. hahaha.. the training was quite smooth except for numerous vehicles going into SAV.. which in the end limits our traning grounds.. went for an early lunch cuz there really isn't any training ground for us to train due to construction..
haha.. as usual during lunch time, those coming sec 4 members still like to shoot ice around.. haha..
hmm.. then afternoon is our first aid and stretcher training.. spent alot of time on first aid case man.. teaching freshies is always so long.. haha.. i was the casualty.. then the funniest thing is that they tied a figure of eight bandage on my ankle which is so damn loose! i juz shake and it's off.. i told them they are giving my foot something to wear instead of securing sia.. hahaha.. they also din turn me over to lie on my back, leaving me to lie face down during the whole case man.. suffocating.. haha.. in the end, all the casualties died again! tt's the 2nd try btw.. haha..
stretcher drill is juz so interesting.. i am super rusty of stretcher transportation man... diamond formation and all tht.. haha.. wad i like most is changing into diamond formation and opening up of stretcher.. haha.. reliving memories man..
today's quite enjoyable but i juz still felt weird man.. dunno wad's missing.. haha.. cock sia
